Turn the Tables

Turn the Tables (a Repair the World program) event invites people to dinner to discuss a topic with guided conversation prompts. It is a platform designed to be informative but also actively and immediately engage the dinner guests in a meaningful and lively way.

Ours is a two-part event: First, a full course dinner- buffet style – with everyone walking away from the tables with the issues on their mind and pledging to do something, within a specific time frame, personally or professionally, that has an impact in some way; and second, a follow up social/discussion gathering to share their actions with their peers. The goal is to both educate and raise awareness and encourage community involvement.
